Roof leak fixed, wall repair help

Had a seal problem, skylight leak is now fixed. Pealed the vinyl wall covering off to reveal how bad underneath is. Have received replacement panel from Winnebago. Need help in determining how much deeper I should go. Treat the area for mold, dry it out, glue new panel to existing wall caulk the edges and be done, or ?.....
What about wall behind shower panel?
I believe wall structure behind the wall panel is foam and aluminum studs, anything else I should be concerned with.

Water will cause mold on most any surface regardless of composition. I would remove the bad paneling, inspect and allow to dry thoroughly, then use Concrobium Mold Control or similar product to kill and seal any remaining/future mold. Then install the new paneling and necessary repairs.
