Roof peeling up

The screws that hold my slide topper on the drivers side big slide rusted and broke off allowing the track to come lose. When it came off it allowed the material that appears to be part of the roof, actual roof is fiberglass, to peel up. Besides getting new screws and reinstalling the channel for the slide topper any other suggestions on the best way to repair this issue.

Winnebago uses a one piece roof system. You should be able to get it back down with new screws and in new locations.

Started planning last night, pulled the old screws out, cleaned up the old junk as much as I could. It appears that Winnebago used some type of glu to hold the roof into the channel in the metal strip. Any suggestions on best type to use?
In reality the job turns out to be a much easier task than I expected, now if I could just those darn sliding closet doors to stay in there respective tracks life would be better.
Thanks for the response

Use a butyl tape to seal out water intrusion.

Eternabond is eternal

Don't know if this is exactly on topic as I can't picture the exact problem from the description above, but this video shows how a very experienced tech at a local RV shop told me to fix some hail strikes on our Winnebago roof. Not sure if it will help much with your issue, but it might.
