Country fit,

Those are DC amps, so divide by 10 to get AC amps.

Can't imagine why your charger would be putting out 120amps to your house battery bank, unless you know the battery bank has not been on trickle charge and is depleted.

Maybe newer gen sets need less exercise but according to my 7500 QD owner's manual...

EXERCISING THE GENSET
Exercise the genset at least 2 hours each month if
use is infrequent. Run the genset at approximately
1/2 rated power. See LOADING THE GENSET
(Page 8). A single two hour exercise period is better
than several shorter periods.

If I recall correctly...my previous 5.5 Onan gas gen set had the same instructions.

If you have heat pumps, just run one on heat and the other one on cool!

I take the MH out once a month for a 30 minute drive with the genny running!
