RV blows up in Nashville
Not much news available yet, but an RV blew up in downtown Nashville injuring 3 people and looks like it did quite a big of damage to the buildings and trees on the street. News believes it was an "intentional" incident.

Metro Nashville Police just finished a short press briefing. As I understood it, they indicated they were responding to a report of shots fired in the area and determined that there was something suspicious about the RV that led them to call for the Bomb Squad though they did not elaborate on what they found suspicious. During that response is when the RV exploded.

^^^ THIS ^^^
Most recent press briefing provided details about the suspicious nature of the RV. Apparently there was an audible message - described as a "recording" - coming from it indicating that there was a bomb inside and it would detonate in 15 minutes. Clearly an intentional act though they are not speculating at this time on motive other than everything is being looked at.

Ford Class C chassis is latest news. Photos are available before the bomb blew. Not much left of the RV from the pics.
Went from Homeless to now motorhomeless
Anybody recognize the rig? would be cool if an irv2 member cracked the case!
(pic is pretty bad)

Nashville RV explosion - photo of RV
From Nashville Metro PD Twitter feed, they are saying this is the RV that blew up in Nashville, an older Class C. Anybody have an idea what make/year?

Nah, that was just me rushing to my TV to take the pic before the news channel moved onto the weather. I was at an angle to the TV that distorted it....previous post has a much better shot.

The news just stated that human remains have been found near the blast. Not known whether victim or the RV owner or driver.
