RV cover

We have a 32' class A motorhome and it is stored outside. It has deteriorated lately. A few years ago, we attempted to cover it, but it is not possible for my 76 year old hubby to do it now. The covers are too heavy and bulky. Is there an easy way to cover these RV's? We need a light weight cover, and we would like it to have a zip opening (or other opening) for the door, in case we need to get inside and don't want to uncover the coach. A free standing structure is not an option.

I would ask around and see if you can find a teenager or someone else to put the cover on and take it off. Cost a few dollars but probably the easiest solution.

Hi ! Welcome to IRV2! We're sure glad you joined us!

Sue & Tom probably offered the best solution. We keep our MH outside too, but can't cover it because I keep the heat and air on low all year.

Good luck, happy trails, and God bless!

We have a 33' coach cover and stopped using it because of the weight, the danger associated with getting it properly rolled out and aligned and finally because the cover retained enough moisture to increase the amount of mildew beyond reasonable limits. We apply a wipe-on wax a couple of times a year and have seen no noticeable exterior issues.
