At that price the ad probably isn't an issue.

We recently called a dealer advising we were looking to upgrade. The dealer is over an hour away and we both work full time, so our intent was to ask for interior pics of a used coach listed on their website and decide if we wanted to make a late afternoon trip to inspect it. Instead, we were told of a coach they had just received in trade the day before and he happily went out to take pics and send them by text to our phones. After viewing the 61 well taken photos of an impressive coach, we began crunching numbers by text and phone. A bottom dollar price was quoted that We liked and we advised we would drive down the next day and barring any unplanned "discoveries" we would buy the coach. Those pics sold the coach! We didn't even have to see it in person to know we wanted it though we did and closely inspected it before committing and again during final inspection and walk through the day we took delivery. Very very happy with a beautiful Monaco Windsor!

We know several people that apparently keep everything out in the RV...seems nothing is ever put up. I guess that looks normal to them and they take photos to sell with clutter everywhere.

When we have taken photos to sell....everything is put away. Best yet is to completely remove all of your stuff before showing it.

Actually lousy pictures and limited description can be a plus when you're the buyer. I found our MH on craigslist. A couple of dark pictures that showed very a little. A brief description without much detail. Just by reading it I could tell it was an elderly person not too familiar with craigslist and the internet. The ad had been there awhile, of course not much interest but was close to me so I took a drive.

Had the seller taken better pictures and written a good description he could sold it for a lot more based on my research. I took lot's of pictures and provided lots of detail when we sold our previous MH. Sold in less than a week.
