You didn't say where in the P.I. you intended to start this enterprise. Nowhere I know in the U.S. has the monsoons that your Georgie Boy will have to endure. Along with the heat and humidity, I would think mold will be a definite problem during the rainy season. Then after that, just the heat and oppressive humidity will take it's toll on the motorhome. I say sit down have a cold San Miguel and rethink this.
