RV Inspector Cummins ISL & Onan 10k "Found cloudy dirty engine and generator coolant"

my RV inspector looking at a 2009 Diesel pusher for me down in Texas just let me know he pulled fluids for lab analysis and he was concerned the Onan generator coolant looked like "dirty water" and the ISL cummins coolant was dark and cloudy, they both appeared to have particulate in it. i will know in a few days i guess via the lab analysis but id love any input here. i dont think there is any sludge or oil in the coolant but it seems its probably original coolant in both and both are in need of full flushing. question is what damage could be done knowing this coolant is in this condition in both?

It's a guessing game. Assuming the analysis reports no oil or other horrible things in the coolant, I would drain, flush and refill and then wait for a few thousand miles/hours and do another analysis. It will be probably be A-OK but no guarantees.

The elephant in the room is that you have evidence of maintenance neglect, so no reason to expect that anything else was properly maintained either. Set your offer price accordingly.

I've had problems with inspectors "observing" something only to find it was nothing. Go by the analysis, not by some inspectors eye.

Having said that, a coach that age, without complete service records, I'd want to start fresh with fluids regardless of a single spot in time analysis. In my mind, this sort of analysis is considered go or no go.
