Then the problems started. We had to camp in the parking lot for 3 nights waiting for RV Protect to authorize the repairs. When I called CoachNet for assistance in speeding up the process, they disavowed having any relationship with RV Protect other than selling the product.
Forget about the $200 deductible in the contract. RV Protect will also not cover diagnosis, shipping cost for parts, shop fees; and nuts and bolts.
CoachNet does a great job at roadside assistance and towing. Do not expect the same service and value from the RV Protect product.

If you are not happy, you may want to request a refund and look into another service. For repair purposes, I have Protective's Xtraride and feel it is the best extended warranty on the market. I base this on my personal experience, plus speaking with the service advisors and mechanics at my local RV Dealership.
Fortunately, I have never had my vehicle towed, however, I have used the extended warranty on several occasions and did not have any problem with repair authorization.
If you are interested in moving forward, I would recommend contacting Billy Lewis at Eagle Vision RV (
www.eaglevisionrv.com) at (229) 329-7099. He is a wholesaler for different warranties. I just recently renewed my extended warranty and a friend of mine just purchased an extended warranty through him. I feel is personal service is good and their prices are fair.
Good luck!
