Seeking advice on spending time in different States
Hello, we have our RV parked at a location spending a few weeks there and then returning home. What do you all do since time is divided up, between two States? When you find good, reputable professionals such as Doctors, Dentists, Dermatogists, Vets, etc in the state you are spending some time in, are you able to request from current professional send the other state professional copies of your records? How easy is it to request from your current professionals such as doctors, and dentists, etc to send a copy of your records to another state?

I can't answer directly but have close friends that winter in Fl and summer in CT. Their Ct doctors are the ones they trust the most, every time they need medical attention in Fl. they call the CT doctor to second guess the Fl doctors suggestions and treatment even though the FL doctor has the medical records. Personally if I was the FL doctor i'd tell them to find another doctor they trust.

One thing to keep in mind is if you are declaring a different state to be your domicile. One of the things they would look at is if you did indeed find new doctors, dentists, even things like hair stylists! If you keep all those things in your old state but try to declare that you're really a resident of (e.g.) Florida, it can be a tough case for you to win, if push came to shove.
Of course, if you aren't worried about changing your domicile, then it's just a matter of personal preference.

You might start by asking your current doctor(s) for referrals in the locales you will spend time. Specialists should be able to easily do this for you. General practice medicine, dentistry, and optometry might be another matter.
A bigger question: what practices, where, are you covered by your insurance?

If I read your post correctly you said you spend 'a few weeks there and then return home'. If that's true then why is there a concern about finding medical professionals? We have found Urgent Care facilities to be quite satisfactory (most of the time) for non life threatening issues. For dental emergencies (etc) your campground neighbors or the Office should be of help.

health records
You should be able to get a digital record from your health provider. Also most doctors have an online service you can setup an account and log into. I do that it has all my blood work, meds, etc.
