Should this be caulked?

New to motor home ownership. should this be caulked?

Looks like that is your swing bracket. It is mounted on top of the roof and corner bracket. No need to chalk it but it won’t hurt any if you choose to do so.

I don't know what your roof is made of but when you see things like this it may mean that dirt is getting embedded in a crack. I'd do some good cleaning, perhaps with a toothbrush, to assure you do not have some cracks developing.
