Sine wave inverter

Reading the book it says do not use chargers for cell phone, recharger for cord less drills. Has anyone have a problem with this ,or only use when on shore power?

What inverter do you have? With ours it does the whole coach, no inverter means no power. So we do charge everything thru it.

I too have MSW inverters. Run and charge everything without issue for many years. I am sure there will soon be along those chiming in that MSW inverters are bad - but not in my experience. PSW better, yes. But MSW are not bad. IMHO. YMMV.

Modified sine wave inverters are BAD news for some things, such as digital controls for electric blankets or heated mattress pads. Don't ask me how I know this!

Book?
What book?
What exactly does it say?
More information gets worthwhile answers.

Yes, these items can be a problem on MSW inverter. When on battery power I would not anticipate using these high current draw items. We break out the down comforter. (-:

Can you share what inverter you have, (and are reading owner's manual for)?
Or don't you want a correct answer?

Can you please provide a link to a copy of the Owner's manual that you are reading?
A search for the following words: "chargers", "cellphone", "recharger" and/or "cordless", in the online Magnum 2000 watt modified sine wave "owner's manual", does not locate any of those words in the document.
Sorry.
