Slides and leveling jacks won’t work
Hi everyone Ron here and a newbie , I’m having a problem with my Slides and leveling jacks not working. I have a 2003 national islander 9403 400 Cummins engine 40 foot two slides. When I apply the airbrake on the parking brake light on the dash does not come on, and now the slides don’t work . But sometimes when I apply the air break the light on the dash does come on and then the slides and leveling jacks will work. I have changed out all the relays and brake switch. I even replaced the motherboard , which was a waste of $500 and still no slides or leveling jacks. Any help in this matter or where I should look for a solution to this problem would be real helpful and thank you so much in advance.

If the slides work off the hydraulic system, you may have a bad relay for the hydraulic system. I'm also told that sometimes there is a faulty interconnection with the air brake (spring brake) switch that is periodically prevents the hydraulic system from working, as it doesn't recognize that the spring brake is on. Since the light on your dash seems to indicate whether your hydraulics will function or not, that might be the first area to re-check. Good luck.

Ron, what brand of leveling system? Is it electric or hydraulic? Is Slide operated electrically or by hydraulics?
My slide is electric but my leveling system is hydraulic, by HWH.

Agree with the above^^.
Electric or hydraulic, it appears that there is a distinct relationship between the dash light being ON or OFF and working slides and jacks. The parts you have replaced/checked do not seem to include that specific relationship between the spring brake, dash light, and hydraulics. This appears to be the most likely suspect, IMO.
