Question Squeaky Driver's Side Suspension

Hi, I have a 2012 Thor Serrano W22. We love our motorhome except for a major squeak coming from the driver's side. I have tried spraying various lubricants in the area under the motorhome but squeak still remains. Could it be the leafs in the leaf bundle that are squeeking and needs to be removed and serviced.

First, spray the spring packs with silicone lubricant and observe results. If squeak stops you found it.
IMO it is a hassle to pry apart leaves, remove old, install new plastic anti-squeak pads and replace the spring pack. There is no need to remove the spring from mounts.

Often that squeak will come form the front sway bar. It bolts in four points, at the wheels on both sides and two center supports about 36" apart at the center of the sway bar. Those bushings often wear out or slip to one side.

Also check the entire frame up front for orange/brown dust, indicating a crack near a shock mount or some other suspension component. A shock, if original could be bad and is dry.

Welded struts between the coach body and chassis at the front seem to be prone to cracking free at the welds. They then can squeak as the chassis flexes beneath the coach.

I also had a major squeak in the front end of the Mh. I tried every moveable object that I could find and nothing I did would eliminate the noise.
I finally found that the expandable foam that had been used up and around the upper interior portion of the front hood/ac box was the noise. I removed the original foam and sprayed in new expandable foam. The problem is gone and I have my sanity back.
The old foam was only attached to itself, not part of the MH. Perhaps that is the source of the noise. Good luck.

In addition to all the above, I would add.....Make sure your shocks are torqued down, suspension lubed and all rubber gaskets insulating the "house" from the chassis are in place. I had a squeak driving me nuts for over a year and it turned out to be a missing rubber gasket securing the lower part of the windshield in place. It was apparently just pressed in place with no adhesive at all and fell off. Glad to add to the confusion!

Look for broken coach frame tubing from above. I looked for years laying under my motorhome and never seen the problem. I accidently found it while working on something else. I found it by looking into the wheel well infront of the front tire.

First picture is what happened long ago. Second picture is what i found on otherside (drivers) when i got back from one from my last trip. To clarify, i looked for the driver side problem from under motorhome when i got to my campsite and twice when i gott back. Never looked above the suspension. My Big mistake.
