Stain

My white ceiling in my MH turned pink where I had a leak from my skylight. Leak is fixed but there is red/pink stain on the ceiling now. I tried alcohol, whitewall cleaner, diluted bleach and nothing touches it. Any ideas or experiences removing stains? Thanks

I used pure bleach on my ceiling on 2 different RV's ( Rialta and Itasca )
Bleach will kill mold and usually get rid of any stains. I have never had any problems . Put Bleach in a spray bottle and just spray it down.. If it doesn't work, do it again and use more and rub it in.
To me, its surprising that it never turned the ceilings white ( mine are beige ) but it never did.. Years later they still look great.

What is the ceiling made of? Is it vinyl?

There is a bacteria that causes pink stains on white vinyl. It is prevalent on boat upholstery. It could be the cause of your stains.

Here is an article about it:

Dish soap and 409 are the only things I've used to clean vinyl. Starbright makes several vinyl cleaners that are supposed to work on stains. I think it depends heavily on what caused the stain. We had a leak that also left pink stains on our vinyl ceiling. It was fixed under warranty so I don't what they used, but you can't tell that it was ever stained looking at it now.

Stain

Thanks everyone for your ideas. I read the post from Bentjm. Thanks! I ordered "PinkAway" seems like this could be the answer. My pontoon boat has whit seats and every season when taking it out of storage, there is pink on top of the seats. Bleach water and sunshine makes it fade away. I wish I could bring the sun into the camper to make it disappear LOL. I'll keep you posted on how well PinkAway works.
