Try jumping across the 2 large terminals om the back relay you just replaced, while someone else turns the keyswitch on the dash to the crank position. Perhaps that rear relay is not getting a good ground connection. My front relay had 4 total wires just like the old Ford fender mounted relay, 2 large terminals for the current to pass through, and 2 top mounted terminals, 1 was ground, the other was the trigger current from the crank position on the dash start switch.

Ok, we get voltage to the 30 prong on the neutral safety relay but we do not get voltage to the 86 prong on the neutral safety relay... If someone knows where the 86 wire comes from and why it would not be sending voltage please chime in and help me out!!!
