Step magnetic switch

Hello, does anyone know if any NO(normally open) magnetic switch would work?

As long as you get the logic of the switch right, NO or NC, any magnetic switch will work.

Does your Kiwkee model have a pre-imgl controller or imgl controller? Pre-imgl uses a black NC switch the IMPL controller uses a white NO door switch.

Lost part of mine on a previous coach. Found a magnet here at home and used it to cobble a switch together. Found one at a local RV shop and replaced. not expensive or specific per brand

I just use these. If it doesn't work on NC, use NO, or vice versa. Plus they're cheap!

Not sure of the years but older units are backwards from newer units.
