Owning a fixed site home in Florida makes a claim of domicile pretty much a slam-dunk, but home ownership is not a prerequisite for domicile, in Florida or anywhere else. Getting Florida vehicle tags, driving license and voter reg are usually key factors in establishing domicile because domicile is more about your legal connections to the state that anything else, but even those are absolutely required.
