Supplier problem

I ordered a toilet from "Thetford Guy", 2 weeks later asked for a tracking number, no reply, 2 days later sent a message that I would contact the credit card company to get my money back if no reply. He then messaged me that he cancelled my order and issued a refund. 6 weeks and no refund so I am contacting the CC people. Has anyone else dealt with this fellow?

You should have called your credit card company 6 weeks ago to see if the credit was issued.

Ordering a toilet.

I have had fantastic luck ordering a toilet from PPL Motor Homes in Texas.It is good to use your credit card as it gives you consumer protection rights. I recently had to get a credit card refund. It took two months for enough billing cycles to go bye for the credit to show up.
