Fair enough then. Perfectly good AC on the input, no AC on the output. That’s pretty much the definition of a failed Surge Protector.

Nice thing about Progressive, is they are covered by lifetime warranty. I believe you have to have the receipt, or proof of purchase.

Just 2 months ago, mine died. I had purchased it back in 2007. They sent me a new one, no charge.

There are two types, not sure about your: SURGE ONLY, OR SURGE + HI/LO VOLTAGE protection disconnect. You say voltage fine, but what was the reading? 104, 108, 120, 130? One brand has lifetime warranty, I read, will replace free if fails? Others are surge only fail= replace/ throw away?

This was purchased by the PO, so I have no receipt.

But based on excellent reviews, I did order another one.

My input voltage was reading 119.x
