That's a great idea but probably very cost prohibitive. When I haul the car, the rear camera works great as I can see over the car but when I go to the sand dunes and haul my 20' enclosed trailer I can only see the trailer. So, to solve that problem, I bought another camera and mounted it on the back of the trailer. I bought a device that will allow a 4th camera to be introduced to my monitor. (It only allowed 3 camera's) I then strung wires under the coach to a female plug on the back of my coach. The wires from the trailer camera terminate to a female plug at the front of the trailer and I have a male/male patch cable that plugs into the trailer and the coach.
I can switch to any of the 4 camera's (left/right, coach rear and trailer rear) by just hitting the select button on the monitor. The left and right turn camera's still work via the turn signal and when driving I keep the camera on the trailer active. It really is great especially when passing another vehicle.
I bought everything I needed for this project from "RV CAMS" in Baton Rouge Lousiana and, they give EXCELLENT customer service as I had some problems wiring in the device that allows the 4th camera. They spent a great deal of telephone time helping me solve that problem.
