Hi guys I am boondocking outside of Pocatello. A name low. A neighbor is having an issue where he can only get power from an external generator. Even when he runs the coach it does not power the refrigerator. The only time everything will run to include lights and refrigerator is when on an external Honda generator. Does anyone know where the fuses are? We can't seem to find all of them. Are there any other hidden fuse boxes besides the main circuit panel?

I was going to say to check the transfer switch or ATS but there's no power at all from either the internal generator or shore power but only from an external generator?

He needs to turn on the battery disconnect switch, it's near the door.

Eight now we are swapping his batteries. He says the both are below 10 amps

Turned it on and off. Nothing, replaced batteries as they were both under 10v. Still nothing. Trying to locate the automatic switch but cannot find it.

Update. We just found the automatic switch which was located behind the controller panel. We connected a positive line directly to the I'm directly to the new batteries to the switch itself and everything worked perfect. We are now tracing the battery cable to try to find an inline fuse. So far no joy. And of course Thor can't say where its located.
