With that nice of rv.. look into liquid springs.. maybe factory tour.. I would see them personally because it is expensive.. better and cheaper opinions will follow..
Good luck and keep us posted

Tire pressure too high?

Is it aired up?

Maybe ride height needs adjusted?

Just got a 2022 Palazzo myself and it rides well, softer than the F53 with better control. The air ride should absorb bumps well if adjusted correctly.

Yes, I air mines down to 95 psi for now they had the tires up to 110 psi, it's not that loaded so but I might have to air them down some more but I would go and weight it first.

Welcome to the forum.

With hair suspension, should not have that issue. First thing I'd do is have a 4 corner weight done, loaded like you travel, and then adjust tire pressure accordingly to manufacturers chart.

Our 2015 THOR Palazzo never did handle bumps and pot holes very well. Each impact felt like we had a solid suspension. Then I replaced the stock shocks with Bilstien shocks and what a huge difference that made. Wish I had done this sooner. The stock Sachs shocks on the Freightliner chassis were extremely stiff.

Not to sound like a SA but if you want to keep it not much really you can do. Diesel pusher chassis are all different some are not much better than a gasser.
