Well we picked up our coach from Fred's RV World in Sandy, OR this past weekend. I have to admit it was a great experience. We have dealt with two other dealers, both in Texas and this was by far the best experience we had.

On Friday morning we did the walkthrough and they went through everything with us. They had already tested all the working parts so they assured us everything worked (and it did) and all that we might find was cosmetic (and they were right). After going through all the how-to's we did the nasty paperwork and then lunch break.

Now the lunch was the best part. If you go there during the week they have lunch upstairs. Someone is in charge of the cooking and it could be anything from burgers to pot roast. Friday it was barbecued burgers with ALL the accompaniements. What a feast.

We stayed there until Sunday moving things and checking everything out. IT gave us a great opportunity to use just about everything except the satellite dish.

Overall I would say that it was a great experience. Service came in as we moved and did the little "touch ups" that needed some work and everyone was wonderful.

If your in the market for an RV. They carry Tiffin and Damon Class A's but lots of other RV's (5th wheel, travel trailer, conversions, etc). We worked with Sandy Jackson who really knows her stuff. Be sure to tell her we sent you and go there during the week at lunchtime!!!!

I forgot to mention that they are DOG people...they are everywhere but you gotta like small dogs!

Glad to hear you had such a great experience. I have never purchased there, but I had service there on two occasions and both times I was very pleased with the quality of the work and the customer treatment.
Congratulations.
