Tire Covers

Somewhere I've see pictures of tire covers that are open at the top so they don't trap heat. I think they were hung on a rod of some kind and were weighted on the bottom. Does anyone know the brand name? I'd like to get some. Thanks in advance.

We use MagnaShade tire covers, as well as cockpit window covers. The tire covers are held on with elastic straps.
