Tire Prices

I run Michelin 245/70R 19.5 XRV on my steer wheels.. Just quoted $400 installed and balanced...per tire...Is this an OK deal?

I don't want to discuss other brands, just wondering if others have a recent Michelin comparison.

If you are a member of FMCA check their national account program with Michelin.

Hi Rkh,
The Michelin Advantage Program through FMCA shows a price of $357.56 for the tire and FET. Will install, balancing and sales tax add enough to come up to the price you were quoted? One needs to be a member of FMCA to get the price mentioned.

Didn't get a breakdown... $400 dollars out the door and balanced..So if $357 is for the tire only, I imagine I'm doing ok here...

Don't forget to check the date codes before they install the tires.
