Looks like they are a division of Hankook Tire. Much has been said concerning Hankook on this site (google it)

There is a reason that many import tires are referred to as "CHINA BOMBS". reading thru the posts on that subject, you'll read that some folks use 'em for years and are well satisfied. Others have explosions within one season of use. This tells me that there's a real quality problem - some last for years and others last for weeks. Are you going to get the short term ones or the long term ones? You'll never know till the bomb blows.

I think you need to do a little research, Hankook tires are one of the leading tires used in the heavy trucking industry with an outstanding safety record. They are made in South Korea and Akron, Ohio not China.
