It shouldn't run, you have a leak. Mine will hold a vacuum for weeks when it is shut off in storage.
I don't have a two bath version but first thing is to check both thrones to see if the ball valve is sealing. Put water in them, if you don't have some in them, and see which one sucks it out. Often a piece of TP gets caught in the seal. Use a brush to clean all around the seal. My toilet brush is the right size for that job. You might need to do it twice or more to get it all.
Also don't let up the foot valve by controlling it with your foot. Let is snap back in place with its spring.
Also do a search on Vacuflush on this site by using the search function near the top. There is enough reading to last most of the day.
PS. Your dealer is an idiot, or don't care, if they are not aware of proper care and feeding of the VacuFlush. As far as FW, IMO their customer service has gone down the toilet.

Make sure the toilet base bolts are tight and find the hose clamps on the waste hose between the toilet and pump and tighten them.
If the toilets hold water, and all hoses are tight, next thing to check is the duck bill valves in the pump. Try flushing lots of water down first. It could get them cleaned.

( if bowl will not hold fluid)....Half ball seal needs cleaning
( if bowl will not hold fluid)....Half ball seal needs replacing
( if bowl will not hold fluid). Toilet base seal needs replacing or toilet needs mount bolts re-tightened..depends on toilet mounting/attachment to plumbing and floor. (This totally depends on RV mfg., type & model of toilet & installation)
(bowl will hold fluid)....vacuum pump needs service (pump bellows & duckbill valves)
(bowl will hold fluid)....have a cracked connector pipe from vacuum pump to toilet.

In addition to checking for leaks, there is an adjustment screw on the vacuum pump that lets you adjust the amount of vacuum it produces. Our friends had a Fleetwood with the vacuum toilet that ran excessively. After we made some adjustments, it worked as well as could be expected.

Well other than giving me a laugh with your writing and confirming my dealer is so bad if I’m allowed to say it Pacific coast rv in atascadero ca the first year they had my coach 190 days only to not fix much on my list anyway both bowls hold water and I clean around the seals regularly now the weird part after the vacuum pump shuts off like it’s supposed to and I turn off the switch it will hold vacuum otherwise it runs twice every hour even in the middle of the night

Thanks for the advance
Maybe a little more information might help this running of the vacuum pump has been going on since brand new July 2017 now with almost 16,000 miles and has never gotten any better or worse so maybe I’m leaning on the adjustment screw it’s in storage now but I’m going to get it out and start hunting I’ve complained with my dealers on six different occasions and they tell me there is nothing wrong they keep telling me the water stays in the bowls but they are not staying in the coach long enough to here the pump cycle thanks a bunch for the tips and ideas it really helps just knowing something is wrong and I don’t want to burn up a pump for excessive running or worse yet have it fail on a trip not being gravity feed system would pretty much ruin a trip
