TPMS- I turn mine on as I'm getting ready to leave and we don't move until I get green lights. If I had to check tire pressures manually it would take a while, and I probably wouldn't do it as frequently as I should.

If you use dual valving you still have to check frequently and if you have a problem there is a risk that if you have a catastrophic failure it could take out both tires quickly.

TPMS--no contest....you see "cross-fire" systems on semi's all the time....although unlikely, a catastrophic, two-tire failure on a two axle trailer or tractor would not be as big an issue as on a single axle RV.

TMPS

Use TMPS as most valve stem extensions or tire equalizers leak or will leak shortly them you have 2 flat tires instead of one.
