TPO Roof Replacement SW Florida

I noticed a wave this morning in my roof when I got up check it out. Roof is 19 years old with no leaks. Can someone recommend a specialist company that does TPO roof replacement in Southwest Florida somewhere between Bradenton and fort Myers preferably?

JMO but a roof replacement might cost a sizable chunk of what the RV is worth.

What you call a wave, how big is it? No leaks? I might think about a pre emptive repair with a double coating of Henry's Tropicool coating. Great stuff. Redid my roof a couple of years ago. Rig was 14 at the time & had what I call a case of 'roof pox'.

A good cleaning, a washing off with clorox & water to kill the roof pox, thorough rinsing, two coats of tropicool. Looking like new.

Have you checked into the folks at RV Armor ? They will coat the roof with their product, and give you a lifetime warranty that is linked to the VIN so it transfers to the new owner if you sell the rig.

A TPO roof is typically held down at the edges and by the various vents, AC units, and so forth attached to the roof. It is not usually glued down. Your wave may be nothing more than thermal expansion of the fabric and aas long as its not leaking and there are no cracks or tears, I would not worry about it. The only thing I do is wash mine several times a year and renew any caulking that looks suspicious.

That quote is a bit high - we got a quote for our 35 foot Bounder for $4950 about a month ago. It included a year-end discount, but they won't be doing the work until next spring. I expect the actual bill to be a bit more once they start working on it, there's ALWAYS surprises once they start working...
