Truma Combi

Hi, newbie here checking in. I have a '19 Coachman 24Q Sprinter chassis, with about 8,500 miles. We're still getting familiar with it. So far, so good. Anybody have any hints for winterizing with a Truma Combi on board? Doug

Glad to have you here with us.

If you have questions regarding your Truma Combi you could ask those questions in the Sprinter chassis forum. I’m sure someone will be able to give you tips.

Let us know if we can help you further.

The Truma Combi is easy to winterize. Open a hot water faucet or two and open the drain for the Combi. When drained flip the bypass valve so you don’t get antifreeze in it when you winterize the rest of the plumbing. BTW, the furnace part of your Combi works fine even when the tank is drained. If you accidentally turn on the water heater portion you will just get an error code that there is not enough water to heat.
