TV lift and fireplace combo?

Although the old tube TV in our coach has long since been replaced by a flat screen TV, I want to eliminate the Headbanger for good and move the TV to a different location. I am thinking of getting a TV lift cabinet and installing it where the Euro chair and end table are currently located across from the sofa. Something like this

What would be really nice is to combine a TV lift with a fireplace. I know that some have done this with a custom built installation, but I was wondering whether anyone has seen a prefab combo for sale?

Thanks for sending this,1doodadd. Mike did a wonderful job! I do not have the skill set to do something similar, thus my search for a prefab TV lift and fireplace combo. However, if none exist, Mike's thread complete with photos will be a great help to the cabinet maker I hire. I suspect that may be a tad spendy, though.

Or perhaps I could bump out the cabinet of the TV lift referenced in my OP to encapsulate a fireplace. Hmmm.

You have several choices in fireplaces with built-in TV lifts
Here's one source (customizable):

Thanks, Sonic. My initial check indicated that their custom build to my specs would be about $4,500 exclusive of shipping. Basically, it was $3,500 for the TV lift cabinet and an add-on of $1,000 for the fireplace. A tad spendy, but not outrageous.
