Just to clarify, my evac is a commercial machine which connects to a fitting on the oil pan.

SO, look very closely at where the dip stick tube goes onto the engine. If it pulled out just a little, it could be the cause of your mis-readings.
Plan B would be to mark you dipstick since you just calibrated it (exact correct oil quantity).

I believe this is the dipstick tube and also leaking lift pump and lastly the exhaust.

Its the injectors.

Okay let's recap. Oil evacuates (from the bottom) and you are confident the amount removed was short 7 quarts.
Oil refilled to spec of 24 quarts (I assume this is correct for your motor) and still nothing on the dipstick.
Dipstick has to be off but doesn't explain being short 7 quarts on drain...is there any possible way it could have not been ful on previous filll?

I added 24 quarts of oil and show nothing on the dipstick. Also sampled the fuel and it's clear.

Add oil until it registers on dipstick……see if it stays at that level when engine is run for a while

If it were off in the first place, then the stick is not consistent and it would not explain how it was on full when I changed the previous time last year with recommended amount. The only possible explanation is that the seven quarts were either burned, leaked somewhere or stolen/vandalized. The last place we stayed there was a van conversion motorhome behind us. The park owner had them move forward due to them being over onto my sight a bit. They were not friendly to us for some reason. Given that I do have a valve on my pan for the oil extractor and the coach was on a side slope but level, it would have been easy for someone to drain a couple of gallons out to create an issue such as this. Not saying it happened, but just a possibility. That still does not explain the dipstick issue I'm having now after all these years.

This is what I normally do, however, I added the full capacity already

If that's the case then I'd think that those folks that say your dipstick tube has moved up are likely on the right track. So now when you put the dipstick 'all the way in' it's actually not going down as far as it should - or used to.

oil loss

Tornado warnings and downpours for several hours. Cutting the trip short, we packed up and headed home. Soon after leaving the campground the rain subsided.
Yesterday, I checked the oil for our upcoming trip (I wanted to run 6K miles before draining the AMZOIL synthetic). No reading on the stick which shocked me, so I added a quart, then another quart, still no reading! Started the engine which indicated good oil pressure so I allowed warmup. Checked again, no reading. At that point I decided to remove the oil to see what was going on.
Using my evacuator, I registered a net loss of 7 quarts within less than 200 miles. Checked all over the bottom side, no leaks, all dry. I am wondering whether my air filter might have become wet and plugged in the storm which, might cause crankcase oil to be consumed. However, the engine ran fine with zero sign of any oil burn. The filter was not showing any sign of blockage per the air flow indicator prior to the trip. Unfortunately, I removed the oil prior to thinking about the air filter, so tomorrow I refill and see if the flow indicator is showing blockage.
The filter is a long tube, large diameter, with inlet and outlet. It was replaced just under 15K miles ago, and I know it's due now.
Appreciate opinions regarding the consumption causation. Thank you!

I had a Ford diesel pick up that did that, lost oil like it was going out of style, found the high pressure oil line had a leak, it only leaked with the engine running.

I was under it yesterday (see pic) and it did not appear to have moved but checking again.

No leaks visible. I ran it for close to half an hour in my barn. No oil except some around slobber tube.
