Hi ! Welcome to IRV2! We're sure glad you joined us!
Go to the "RV Forums" in the dark green menu bar near the top, then to "Powertrain Garage", and select the engine in your rig.
I would suggest that you create a signature showing the make and model of your RV. It will help folks to answer questions you may have in the future. Look at post #30 in the link below that tells you how to do that.

Good luck, happy trails, and God bless!

Aa noted above, add a signature line to your profile with info about your RV. For now, you need to tell us what type, brand, model, etc you have for an RV.
Gasoline powered RVs don't have mechanical lifters and require valve lash setting. The diesel class A units usually do. If it is a used RV, you will need to go back to the original owner to get the maintenance info, unless they had the RV serviced at a national dealer/service chain.

The only way that I know of would be to ask the current owner.

Cummins says to readjust the valves at 150,000 miles. Can't speak to gas engines.

This would be my guess as well.
Can't see the engine control module (ECM) having any way of logging if this manual adjustment was performed.

If a Caterpillar (don't know about Cummins) AND the valve adjustment was done by a Caterpillar dealer AND they logged it with Caterpillar Corp, a call to Caterpillar Corp with the engine serial number will give its whole history (as reported to them)
