"HavingABlast"......We live in a similar climate as you, about 3 hours north. We've been parking our RV at home for 40 years. Our last two coaches have had residential refers that stay on 24/7/365. We don't have motor home clothes, other than some jackets, swimsuits and robes. When we get home, we pull out our everyday clothes, refer items like eggs, bread, sour cream and other food perishables. Often crackers, chips, nuts, booze, box goods and can items stay in the coach.
We leave all common medications like aspirin, NightQuill, Claritin, etc in the coach. Since we are either home or with the RV, we often leave some medications and products we rarely use in the motor home, since it's always with us.
