I have a 98 Fleetwood 35' Pace Arrow with 460 Ford gas . Has a tag axel and drives very good. Big rigs passing do not bother it a bit. I've had one on each side passing and don't feel anything. Been in some pretty good cross winds and it handles exceptionally well. I know because I can see the ones in front of me wandering in the wind. My Pace Arrow doesn't wander at all. Just my $.02

My gas UFO chassis handles great in "normal" driving conditions. The wind rarely affects it unless it is high side winds. My first MH was a 37' front end unit that wondered all over the road, wind or no wind. I thought all MH's drove that way until I drove the UFO. I imagine the DP's are even better.

If you want stable and good driving there is only one way to go. Class 8 truck conversion. Renegade, Showhauler, Dynamax etc.
