What kind of adhesive for slide seals?
My slide has rubber seals that seat against the side of the RV when the slide is retracted into the body. Some of the rubber seals are starting to detach from the flange on the slide and they need to be re-glued. What kind of adhesive should I use for this type of application? Linky?
Thanks!

Here's a previous thread where it was discussed. Some good ideas there.

One RV dealer used an industrial spray-on adhesive. Must work, that seal was still tight 8 yrs later. If i can remember, I'll return tomorrow with the brand of adhesive. Oh, the technician also used a spray adhesive remover on the slide lip first to insure a clean surface.

Just went through this. This post details the research I did to decide on the right adhesive. Hope this helps. I didn't want the weather strip adhesive for one reason, it's not as permanent IMO. I have removed auto weather stripping many times before. It is flexible. The Valco was more of a permanent adhesive to me and that is why I went that way.
