What powers the power steering
On my car the surpentine belt powers the power steering but not on the motorhome. Manual and Google gave me nothing.

There is a gear-driven hydraulic pump either driven off transmission or engine.
If you have a side radiator, then this same hyd system also drives the cooling fan.

You probably still have a compressor.
Is your parking brake or suspension something other then air ?
Google an image of your engine and they will point out the components.

This model coach has no air systems (no air bags, etc.).
Although that Cummins engine can be factory equipped with an air compressor if needed depending on the application.
