I have the same issue. I purchased Masterseal NP-1 for this purpose. Is this suitable or should I get the Sikaflex instead?

I have the same issue. I bought Sonneborn NP1 before reading this. Is the Sikaflex the better choice? To clarify, I’m wanting to re-seal the edge of the roof to the wall on my Fleetwood Discovery.

Appreciate all the great tips.
No need to practice with eternabond. it's tape.

Pretty much, but there are some tips that can help. Air bubbles, using a roller, how to get that %^$%&# backing off by pinching and rolling between the fingers, etc. There are some excellent youtube vids out there to help. Also, if you use scissors to cut the tape, you'll want some lacquer thinner or acetone handy, cuz when you get a little of the eternabond on them, they don't cut worth a dang.

Anyone apply Dicor and have it form air bubbles? I resealed my entire roof, several tubes. I have one area where the Dicor bubbled up. Not sure what was different in that area, i prepped the entire roof in the same way. I did it inside in a heated unit so the air temps were constant. Maybe something with the Dicor itself?
