window tip out operator

Greetings,

I have a stripped out window operator for the side tip out window of my 1990 winnebago chieftan...I was able to purchase another just like it(not stripped), but i see no way to replace it..it is attached to the side of the window frame with no attaching hardware visable..a rod about 3/4" in dia. fits into the active part of the unit and then fits into the other side unit to adjust the window...anyone have to make this repair, I'm really lost on this one. here are a couple of pictures
what looks like attachment holes (3) are riveting holes that are riveted to hold the case together.
thanks,
mike

Can you post a picture or two, it would really help?
