Class A had hair damage to seal on top of windshield. Rain came in and soaked the foam which was wrapped in ultra leather. Water seeped out of seams. Concern is whether mold is likely to develop on foam.

Mold and Mildew can of course grow in the foam. It happens. If you can dry it that would be best.
If not we have successfully eliminated mold and mildew from this type of encased foam using Lemocide and hypodermic needles. You have to use something like Lemocide as it can kill mold and mildew while WET. Most products only work when dry. or after they dry. Encased foam doesn't dry or doesn't dry quickly.
