Zone for AC etc vanished
I have a 98 Newmar Mt. Aire gasser. We've been through a few four button thermostats. We have two lo profile Duo-Therms up top.I have a source for the thermostat who is very good and knows a lot about them. I've already emailed him but thought I'd put my question here.
There is no zone selection. No numbers 1 or 2. Hence, no AC/heat/Fan, etc.
I clean the T-stat frequently but I have a feeling we're going to need something else. Any suggestions?
Thanks
Art

I think Mike is right! It may be that simple!
One caution though. I found that ALL the florescent lights must be off in order to get a proper reset on my 5-button CCC!

Thermostat
We found that our communication cable is kinking at the phone-jack (RJ-11) end.
My wife has this peculiar genius for such things. She manipulated the cable until it was able to re-establish connection with the T-stat. I know this is temporary, but for the moment it's working. We have only about an inch of cable on that end. Nothing pulls out from the wall. So, we're being very delicate with our handling of the whole thing!

Our thermostat stopped communicating upon arrival at the campground today. After two hours of various checks I read on the forum that various electrical signal can interfere with the RV Comfort ZC. I had all of the lights off, however, then realized I had a Bluetooth transmitter on just below the thermostat. I turned odd the bluetooth and reset the thermostat and all has been okay!
