'05 CRV supplemental brake question...

Has anyone drilled a hole in the firewall of a CRV in order to pull break-a-way wiring through. If so, can you describe to me the best location on the firewall for that hole? I'm concerned about damaging something inside the car if the hole is drilled in the wrong place. Thanks, Larry.
