I think you'll find that truck is likely overweight for a gasser.

I'm looking at buying a 2016 Ford windsport 31s and I want to pull a 150 Ford 4 by 4 and I was wondering if there's any issues with the weight going up hills

Are you not seeing the answers? Have you done your homework and checked what the towing capacity of that particular coach is? Have you actually weighed a 2016 F-150 with a full tank of fuel, to see what they ACTUALLY weigh and, not what any literature or Dinghy Towing Guide states? Before I'd go signing any dotted lines, I'd do a bit of easily found research. It would not be cool if you purchased the coach, only to find out you'd be over the towing capacity with that truck.

According to the brochure, the towing capacity of that coach is 5000 lbs. My 2017 F150 XLT 4X4 Supercab weighs over 5000 lbs with a tank of gas. If you have an upscale model such as a Lariat, Platinum or Limited it could weigh considerably more. You need to weigh the truck you are considering, but its likely you'll be marginally over weight no matter what model you tow.

You can tow it, I tow a 6800 lb stacker with my 08 Bounder, 20,500 lb Ford chassis..
Yes you might be a tad over weight but I don't see a problem.
