2004 Jeep Liberty fuse blows, new

After 17 yrs of pulling my 2004 Jeep Liberty I took it out to Glacier last month.

When I got there my window 40amp fuse blew. I replaced the fuse and no problems for the 12 days out there. I pulled it home and my windows fuse blew again when I got home.
Never had this issue, I pulled this Jeep over 100,000 miles

Any one have this issue with their Liberty?

I tow with a blue ox Aladdin and a Brake Buddy Classic.
2004 Jeep Liberty Auto with 4x4.
Routine getting out of and getting back into gear.

Did the fuse blow while you were towing the Jeep ?

Or the first time you tried to use the windows ?

The windows work before I tow it, when I get home the windows don’t work. I change the fuse they work.

Here is the fix.
Replace the $15 relay for the electric windows.
No more blown fuses.
Easy & quick fix.
