2012 CRV & SMI brake

Been searching the forum and decided to start a new thread. For the 2012 Honda CRV, I have decided on the Blue Ox base plate, Aventa tow bar and SMI proportional braking system, but can't find a convenient location to place the SMI under the hood. I'll be having the unit installed in a couple of weeks and looking for recommendation or picture of what others may have done.

I have an SMI braking system installed on my 2004 Nissan Pathfinder and my unit is installed behind the grill next to the radiator. I also have a Blue Ox Aventa tow bar and base plate. Very pleased with the entire setup. Good luck.
