Well the fuse disconnect switch install went well, by the tech at the accessory shop that installed the baseplate. And the good news is that the GPS and Radio do not loose their settings. The bad news is that the switch also disconnects both of the cigarette lighter style accessory plugs......Grrrr. When you plug the Patriot in, and then throw the switch, it shuts off on loss of power. Sigh..back to the shop for a direct wired power receptacle.
