2014 Ram 1500 towed Demco wiring harness

We are equipping our 2014 Ram 1500 4x4 (LED tail lights) to be a towed in place of our 2012 Wrangler. The supplemental braking will be the M&G for an airbrake MH. Some questions about the towed wiring harness:

Demco 9523114 Towed Connector harness kit. This appears to be an attractive plug-n-play choice. Anyone using this on their Ram, or other LED equipped, towed? Is there any electrical feedback issues with the Ram? Problems with the M&G activating the Ram's tail lights simultaneously with MH activating lights or turn signals?

Blue Ox separate bulb and socket kit that I've used on three other toweds cannot be used with the LED brake lights. Blue Ox tech support says to not drill into those LED type housings. They recommend their BX8848 diode wiring harness. However, I prefer to stay away from those if possible. Blue Ox alternatively recommends a light bar.

Any help will be appreciated.

We did ours with a road master kit and had no problem. I would assume that m&g would have a compatible kit

Thanks much for your replies. Have learned that the Demco harness has diodes built in the plugs. Also, the M&G braking does not cause the brake lights to be activated with the Ram's 12v, only the MH's 12v power goes to the lights. Looks like the Demco is an easy install as a plug-n-play with no disturbing of the OEM wiring.
