Interesting read. I just purchased a 2018 King Ranch 3.0 Diesel that I will set up for towing. Currently towing a 2014 CRV EXL so will be at least a ton heavier. I will probably set up with Roadmaster plates and tow bar. I still have a brakemaster brake system that I used to use in a 2009 Toyota Tacoma, so will probably set up this vehicle with that brake system for now. I'd rather have a permanently installed brake, but for now the brakemaster will have to do.

I have a 2015 F-150 that I've towed for over 30,000 miles. No issues at all. I have a Blue ox base plate and M&G brake setup. Both installed very easily and have been trouble free.

I'd eventually would like to go the M&G route with my F150 Diesel. Just not sure if it would fit without moving anything or if I could do without messing something up. These new vehicles and computers have an idiot light for everything it don't like.

I tow a 2019 F-250 set up with M&G brake system. No problems yet. I use the Roadmaster base plates.

RL57: Since your 250 is probably close to 7000lbs, which tow bar are you using? Roadmaster Sterling or Blackhawk. The Blackhawk is rated for 10K lbs, but is cheaper that the Sterling which is rated for 8k lbs. What am I missing?

2016 Limited Edition. What a luxury vehicle. 36 gallons of fuel.

As for parking, 360 degrees of camera views. Sensors all around. It will parallel park itself. Yeah right, I'm never going to use that feature.

Not going to use the trailer backing function either.

I went from a Ford Edge and also changed the brake to the ready brake. I love the new braking system. Smooth as silk and never locks up by itself,

I use the Blackhawk. I've always used a Blackhawk, even with my Jeep. So not sure about the price difference.

We were looking a changing our toad from a 2013 CRV to a 2018 or newer F-150. Then the stock market tanked, so we are just chilling out here at home waiting to see how it all plays out.
