Might be a good idea to contact Remco.com and run your concerns by them. I have always had a lot of respect for their opinions.

OTOH I have found their info to be suspect after three friends had to have their trans replaced after installing Remco products.

I installed a tranny pump on my Nissan and was VERY satisfied. Worked as advertised and I kept it until an illegal totaled my li'l red Maxima and I had to change toads.

I have a Remco on my 2009 Jeep liberty. Works great I have about 2000 towed miles so far. PITA to install but worth it!
